It all started back in 1971 when the late Dee A. Divine first got the idea of turning his familys 70 acre farmland into a golf course. Much debate was made around the family dinner table. Changing their lives from raising cows to herding golf balls was not a unanimous opinion among the Divine family. Dee won out however as construction finally began in 1972. My cousin had a wedding there and it was beautiful that's why I like it
It doesn't get much better than this place. The perfect venue. Thank you to Deborah and Stephen for a wonderful once-in-a-lifetime event. Thank you for all of your help and hard work and putting up with us. I will never forget this day.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and perfect for the Redding area's hot, extremely hot weather. The astuteness of the owners to keep the majestic oaks and other large shade trees is quite pronounced as guests gather in the front, side, and backyard garden areas respite from the scorching heat. The quaintness of the home and buildings decor is touching and so inviting. This is truly a pearl in our area.
This is an amazing place for a wedding. Absolutely beautiful! The staff is amazing and the owners are wonderful people! So easy to work with. You tell them what you want and it is done. They go out of their way to make sure your special day is just what you imagine! I would recommend this venue to anyone.
I love this place ! My wedding turned out absolutely beautiful! Thank you mr and mrs divine! If i could do it over i would pick the same exact place. The owners are very helpful and i had nothing but compliments from my guests on how beautiful this venue is! Thank you!
