It all started back in 1971 when the late Dee A. Divine first got the idea of turning his familys 70 acre farmland into a golf course. Much debate was made around the family dinner table. Changing their lives from raising cows to herding golf balls was not a unanimous opinion among the Divine family. Dee won out however as construction finally began in 1972. Beautiful venue for my son's wedding. So thankful for Peggy Buchanan of Heels and Veils of Knoxville Tennessee who made the evening so perfect.
This is a outstanding little golf course that supports our active and fallen soldiers. Thank So Much for your support for the Nick Dahl Memorial Golf Tournament, and helping his mother Pam Smith Dahl in promoting it!
My niece Brooke FitGerald and her Husband Johnny Fitzgerald were just married at the White House last Sunday! It was positively enchanting! It's like stepping back in time and you feel the love and well spring of all of the years of love and devotion that have been poured into this property. It feels as if every memory and every marriage has added to the true beauty of this land. The grounds are reminiscent of The Secret Garden. Truly a wonderful place to start your happily ever after!
This is the most beautiful place in Redding to have a wedding. Even if it rains a little and you have to get a tent (like we did) it is still very beautiful. So many of our guests were blown away at how beautiful our wedding was. The owners are extremely helpful and make everything so easy. All of their staff is professional and friendly. I'm so glad we had our dream wedding at The White House.
It was my first time there for a wedding and it was very nice.
