Nice building.
Landlords have been so helpful! They answer questions immediately. Apartment is beautiful!
Terrible building infested with flies. Also, the apartments are so old with draft coming through in the winter and hot air in the summer. I complained about this so many times and they came to see my windows and doors and never addressed any of the issues. I had snow in my house due to no insulation in the windows and doors. There are so many better options in Guelph. Do not waste your money.
Management and residents are super friendly.
