My husband and I ate dinner at the White Horse 2 or 3 times a month for several years. The food was usually good, the service highly variable. The owner, while often seen at the bar chatting with his friends, never once greeted us or even said hello. We finally stopped eating at the White Horse after I found a piece of a rose stem--thorns and all--at the bottom of my food.
