I’ve lived at the Whit for 18 months and waited to write this for accuracy. I know I relied heavily on reviews before moving in. Overall, I really enjoy living here and would absolutely recommend it. I have friends in other downtown apartment complexes and the overall experience here seems to be one of the best. Move-In Experience: Overall, very smooth. This place had gone down hill since i moved in. Amenities are constantly out of order, amazon hub, elevator, gym equipment, doors. All management is doing is fix as they go. No long term solution is being addressed. When you pay 2k a month in rent, this is not what luxury apartments should look like. I’m very disappointed with this property management. Please STAY AWAY from this apartment, not worth your money. Never have i ever lived in a community where you pay so much money and half of the things are broken
Elevators constantly down, takes one month to fix one and then the other goes out, repeat. The water was also out and low pressure for an entire month, residents have their ac down, property management company is extremely greedy and doesn’t care about their residents.
