I moved in to The Whit apartments from Chicago after being recommended by a family member and a friend. The building and location were ideal for what I was looking for. I was very impressed with their leasing office, who helped me from my initial outreach to my move-in date. Special shoutout to Stephanie, who is who I chatted with first, but Ana really went above and beyond to answer all my questions prior to moving in, helped me on move-in day, and was super responsive to all of my communication leading up to moving in. We were stranded at 4:12 am trying to wait for an Uber and begged the people here to just let us simply sit inside. Horrible hospitality letting two sober people freeze outside while they had a literal employee inside and taking shots from a bottle of liquor.
Amazing management, Alex & Stephanie were both so extremely helpful and detailed whenever we needed help with navigating the community from across the country. Could not speak more highly of the people!
My husband and I are both retired and we moved here 6 years ago to be close to our daughter. We thought our stay would be temporary but love it so much we have stayed. The management and maintenance teams are wonderful. We love it here!
Love the apartments the staff are super friendly and responsive.. they have great amenities, Dog park, rooftop swimming pool with beautiful view, great gym, lounge area with a very nice pool table , event areas, business room with free wifi etc etc etc!!!
