Went there to make a delivery tonight the building is not clearly marked with location of elevator and I had to actually ask someone where it was then upon leaving the building many of the doors I used to get to the elevator were locked and I had to wonder around looking for a door that actually took me outside and it was almost a block away from the door I used to get into the building which is definitely not a good thing when someone is disabled and has to use a cane or rollator to get around they should have clearly marke... read more
An exceptionally well-run building. The staff is very responsive, professional, and likeable. The facilities/amenities are first rate. The location is optimal for downtown living.
This is a very upscale apartment with an excellent management team. Highly recommend to anyone. With that said, just be aware that utilities (internet, water, electricity, trash removal) are separate, parking is separate etc.
We moved into The Whit in November 2023 and have been happy with both the living experience and the professionalism of the leasing team, particularly Stephanie. Stephanie sets a high standard for managing the complex, which is evident in every interaction. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and ensures that any issues are promptly addressed.
