I have personally watched the service Technician skip over places that should be sprayed. Informed Technician of squirrel infestations and he replied, "we dont do anything like that." 2 weeks after spraying, still evidence of pest activity. Have had to call multiple times, and even though they do send someone out to spray, seems they aren't using poison at all. STILL waiting on them to fix our problem. DO NOT PAY them until you KNOW the job is complete. We paid 3k and problem NEVER was fixed. No communication, NONE. Would never recommend this company. We had always used Toby's pest control and in swoops this company to buy everyone out. These guys are pitiful. Edit to add that they are now saying they reached out to us. They did not.
Whoever the service person that sprays the apartments in Elkton, KY does little to no spray. A spray behind the toilet and a shot by the stove. I told him 3 times I got ants coming through the window. He said, that's a maintenance issue. Poor service. This company is robbing every property it does business with.
Had someone spray at our property yesterday. Terrible technician. Roach infestations and spiders. He came in, sprayed around bathroom and kitchen and left. Didn't do windows or doors. Terrible service. Wish the landlord didnt use this service.
