Whoever the service person that sprays the apartments in Elkton, KY does little to no spray. A spray behind the toilet and a shot by the stove. I told him 3 times I got ants coming through the window. He said, that's a maintenance issue. Poor service. This company is robbing every property it does business with.
Had someone spray at our property yesterday. Terrible technician. Roach infestations and spiders. He came in, sprayed around bathroom and kitchen and left. Didn't do windows or doors. Terrible service. Wish the landlord didnt use this service.
STILL waiting on them to fix our problem. DO NOT PAY them until you KNOW the job is complete. We paid 3k and problem NEVER was fixed. No communication, NONE. Would never recommend this company. We had always used Toby's pest control and in swoops this company to buy everyone out. These guys are pitiful.
We have used Toby’s Pest Control for over 30 years. We find out they are now OPC Pest Control. We called and scheduled appointment for bug spraying like we have always done. He comes and spends 5 minutes walking around house doing a “termite inspection”. He then says call Toby’s to get sprayed after charging $120 for service we did not request. NEVER using again.
The service is pleasent the mans name was Spencer he was very polite and courteous would definitely recommend to others
