I understand needing to resurface the parking lots, but there is not an adequate amount of free parking spots for all the residents provided. Having to circle for over an hour to wait for an open spot should not be the way a resident has to come home. I would park in the garage, but that is also blocked by the work.
It has great potential for all members of their community. But the rooms that I visited were kind of small.
I would like to appreciate and thank Nick from the Maintainence team who is so kind and helpful. He is so prompt in addressing the request. I raised one in the morning and he reached in the afternoon. He is so sown to earth and that you will get inspired by his humility!
Absolutely awesome place to live! I lived at The Wheatlands for 7.5 years and the experience has been fantastic. A very convenient location for everything - grocery stores, Pace and School bus stops, Metra etc. The staff, very friendly and always eager to help residents, starting from manager (Kristen) to office staff (Myra) to maintenance folks (Mario), everyone is awesome! Hence, I highly recommend this property to everyone for short and long term stay.
