I would like to appreciate and thank Nick from the Maintainence team who is so kind and helpful. He is so prompt in addressing the request. I raised one in the morning and he reached in the afternoon. He is so sown to earth and that you will get inspired by his humility!
Absolutely awesome place to live! I lived at The Wheatlands for 7.5 years and the experience has been fantastic. A very convenient location for everything - grocery stores, Pace and School bus stops, Metra etc. The staff, very friendly and always eager to help residents, starting from manager (Kristen) to office staff (Myra) to maintenance folks (Mario), everyone is awesome! Hence, I highly recommend this property to everyone for short and long term stay.

The Wheatlands staff is super friendly and welcoming. Over the past year that I have lived here they offer great service and attend to your needs. The Wheatlands has close by walking distance stores such as Woodmans and places to grab a bite such as Mod Pizza, Starbucks, and Panera. They also offer amenties such as a fitness center and a pool, and they are inclusive with the residents living on-site. Overall, I would recommend living here to anyone.
Great value for money! Well-maintained, friendly office staff. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Pace bus stops at the entrance and the Metra is only a stone's throw away. Rules are strictly enforced. Great amenities like the gym and swimming pool. They have many events throughout the year. Recently they had an anniversary celebration with a magic show, great food and drinks. I recommend this property highly.
