The store is beautiful, clean, and has great prices on nice clothes. Unfortunately, the staff was inexperienced and didn’t inform me I could try on the item before removing the tag. When I found a defect, they refused to exchange it, which was quite disappointing.
Not as good as I thought it would be
If I could give this store zero stars I would. My husband and I came into the store and were looked up and down and hardly greeted by I suppose what seemed to be some type of associate. After shopping around the store I told my husband that I don't feel comfortable making a purchase from a store where we felt so unwelcome.
