great local... quiet. great neighbors. been here for 3 years and never had any major issues!
I lived here for 3 years - definitely had a lot of issues under the previous management when it was Club 7 but the complex has gotten a much better under new management as the Wexler. This is an older complex so sometimes there were issues with plumbing/turn the water off more often than you'd expect or pests but I really haven't seen those things occur in the past 6 months. The manager in this place is completely disrespectful wont do nothing for your bad service completely ignores you don’t feel appreciated feel discriminated don’t recommend this place to anyone it has mice,cockroaches so bad place.
My gf and I stopped in to check this place out as possible new place to live the lady acted as if she didn't want to show us the apartments bad customer service I had to ask her multiple times if we could see her model and when she finally asked for our ids she acted as if we were bothering her. Don't assume what I can and can't afford. I was prepared for $900 + a month I guess they will never know now Smh
