Rented an apartment with Chris and the Westside Group for 4 years. They were always extremely responsive, and took great care of the unit. The maintenance staff were friendly and punctual. I also got all of my security deposit back despite some normal wear and tear on the unit. Highly recommend.
I was stationed in Austin, TX under a special assignment with the US Army from NOV' 2020 to MAR 2024. I chose to live here because it was very close to where I worked. I stayed at the Envoy apartments at 2108 San Gabriel St. Perfectly located near the heart of downtown with many restaurants, shops, and UT Austin all within walking distance as well !!!. I highly recommend the place to any one moving to Austin or even someone trying to relocate within Austin.!!! Great management service as well.
Westside Group is a great management company. They provide excellent fair service and living on their properties is pleasant and easy.
