I really wanted to like this place based on all the great reviews, but unfortunately my experience didn’t match the expectations. There were a few noticeable issues with the haircut and beard trim. The left temple area was left uneven compared to the right side, and one side of my mustache was trimmed more than the other — even had a visibly over-trimmed spot. I hate to leave negative reviews but I had a pretty disappointing first visit: I booked for a haircut and shave, the site did not specify there was not a razor line-up included. 30 minute appointment was over in 15 minutes, barely anything done to my beard and left with stubble on my neck and no box razor was used on my head. Barbers, please be aware of cigarette smelling hands and morning breath.
