This is a wonderful dentist office. The desk is caring and friendly, the hygienist is gentle and concentrated with kindness, and the dentist when he is needed is clear and effective. I have been there for years, and I feel they have even improved ! I could add today after my visit of yesterday, that hygenist treatment only got better. The office itself is set up in such a way that it is welcoming and cheerful. The entire staff from Julia to everyone is warm, kind and made me feel so comfortable, I thought I was going to happy hour!!! At the dentist!!!!! Julie was my hygienist, definitely one of the best (no OUCH) cleaning ever. She did a terrific job! I can honestly say that my experience with Dr. West and his staff at The Westlake Dentists was a solid 5 star. Everyone was courteous and caring, went the extra mile in helping me with my dental issue. I suspect I will be a returning patient for as many years as we're still around. And, barring unforeseen circumstances, I'll get in for cleanings/exams much more often than I had in my past, tooth-risking, years (Partial blame to Covid.).
