Worst AI call chat screening I ever experienced. I tried to extend my reservation and it wouldn’t understand then used the app and it said to call the chat number. The circle of doom.
The staff, especially Trevor at the front desk, were so kind and helpful. We made a mistake booking on our end and Trevor went above and beyond to resolve it. The hotel is very clean, the room was great, and the location is perfect. We stayed here for a concert at Capital One and couldn’t have chosen a better spot.
Amazing & smells delicious!
