Had a wonderful stay in San Jose with the wife at the Westin. Staff was courteous and accommodating. I prefer the Marriott across the street due to lounge access and an updated layout compared to the architectural style and historical significance of the Westin but was worth the experience.
All in all was a decent hotel experience, except a specific night crew employee was surprisingly rude. This was me and my sister's first time at the hotel and thought it was nice before that interaction. She berated us even though we repeatedly said we were residents of the hotel, we had just gotten lost. Most likely, will not book again.
