The worst experience I’ve ever had with a Marriott hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist assumed I was travelling with a man because she was confused about the booking name, which was an unprofessional first impression. When my card didn’t go through for the pre-authorization, instead of simply asking me to insert the card, I was told to contact my bank, even though the issue could have been resolved immediately. Don’t valet unless you want to die getting in/out of your vehicle. They make you drop off and pick up in very active lane of traffic. Couldn’t imagine trying to get kids in the car in the middle of cars swerving around you. Hotel doesn’t care when you bring up safety concerns.
The hotel as a whole is very nice, clean. The rooms are comfortable. Clean. My only issue was the room smelled musty. Valet parking. Plenty of places to eat. Restaurant on site as well.
Small but well kept rooms.
