I want to start on a positive note first, the customer service was WONDERFUL! The staff were very friendly, helpful and make you feel so welcome. There is also Valet for your car which was extremely convenient (although it is an additional $51 on top of what you are already paying to stay there). Unfortunately, our room was not as nice as we would have hoped, especially since we spent almost $400 for just one night.
