I want to start on a positive note first, the customer service was WONDERFUL! The staff were very friendly, helpful and make you feel so welcome. There is also Valet for your car which was extremely convenient (although it is an additional $51 on top of what you are already paying to stay there). Never book here. While the property itself looks fine, the management’s rigid and predatory approach to customer service is a dealbreaker. Why You Should Avoid Zero Empathy: They view guests as transactions, not human beings. Inflexible Management: Even when a solution was easy and cost them nothing, they chose to prioritize a few extra dollars over customer loyalty. Predatory Policies: They would rather have an empty room and a disgruntled guest than a filled room and a happy one.
