Amazing experience. Customer service is top notch. Vance helped with our bags and I believe Blake checked us in. We felt so very welcome. The hotel is clean. The bar is mature and quiet. The casino floor is small as is the pool but still very welcoming and served its purpose. I'd definitely stay here again. Cheers!!
Checked in at 2pm on 13 th June ( today) the air conditioning doesn't work. Had to to wait till 4 to get it fixed. 2 hours in a hot room in a so called 5 star hotel. room temp still at 77 f . Posting this from the room .
Decided to spend some relaxing days off the strip for a vacation after the typical Vegas pursuits. Loved the Westin. Just a block from the middle of the strip so if we wanted glitz, we got it. Staff were so nice and accommodated all of our needs/requests. I am planning on staying here again.
Wonderful service! We felt welcomed and the staff were amazing! There was hardly no outside noise, except for the airplane noise (which we are used to, living near the landing path of our local airport). Again, we felt welcomed and the hotel would do anything for you. I was extremely impressed by the guest services when we called. They called us by name, which was great! Keep it up, and we will return! TB
