We have been coming to this beautiful resort for 20 years. Rooms are lovely and nicely decorated. Get location. You could do without renting a car as all the necessary places are walking distance.
I would not say it's a beautiful Resort such as if you're in Hawaii, but nonetheless a well-kept resort with its natural landscape and well-kept palm trees. Pool areas always kept clean between adult pool and kids and adult pool which is normally where music and games are played. Rooms are great with nice patios and depending on where your room is nice views of the golf course or on the back side views of the desert landscaping and mountains. Restaurant and Bar great place to vacation and is also used as a timeshare for us.
We stayed 4 years ago and it was wonderful. This stay, not so much… Staff not especially friendly at check in. Pool guys BLAH, do not bring you towels or water. Hallways of our building ( Building 4) and elevator was dirty with pieces of trash on floor the whole week. Have stayed here 3 times total, but not sure we will return.
Spacious rooms and bathrooms. I've seen nothing but excellence and kindness from the staff. As expected pools are super busy. I did wish our living room had natural lighting but all windows were in bedroom.
