There were a lot of hiccups with our stay that took it from 5 stars to 3. The 1 bedroom villa was comfortable but we were in building 7 which is in the back and a far walk from the lobby and very far to walk to the Kierland resort. The entire 3 night stay the main pool waterside was off. The main reason we stayed there was because of the slide. There seemed to be no reason, maybe the lifeguards went back to school. The staff at the pool and kids center have been great, super nice. The property is beautiful, the only thing I can really complain about is the giant brown bugs we have had in our room on three different nights. I know it probably has something to do with the time of season but those things are huge.
Might be the best Westin in the world!
