Great place and atmosphere. Deontay is the best, love the guy’s attitude and spirit.
No microwave in the room which is weird and no free breakfast for what we paid for the room is also weird. Noise in the hallway kids slamming doors 8 in the morning I am trying to sleep. Man really irritating.
Stayed here during a NASA work trip to Huntsville. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a business stay. The Wi-Fi in 5th-floor room was unreliable for the first three days and under maintenance for the last two days, making it difficult to work. Housekeeping did not consistently restock basic items such as facial wipes and bottled water. Room was fine, but service at the restaurant for breakfast was awful. Very pleasant staff, but we waited almost 40 min for our food. Also, the outdoor pool area is filthy and in need of a patio resurface. Certainly not up to par for a Westin. Last, the balconies poolside are literally missing concrete trim pieces. Do better Westin.
