I stayed here to celebrate an anniversary weekend and hardly even know where to begin, but I'll try. Please do not stay here. I have no idea how this is considered a 4-Star hotel because it pales in comparison even to every Motel 6 and Red Roof Inn I've stayed at, yet costs 4 times as much. I was treated like a Gold Star member didn’t make the reservation. To check in the guest’s name must be on the reservation. Both will have to show ID’s. The clerk gave the number to call the front desk once I was able to reach the person who made the reservation. No offer was made to be comfortable in the lobby. The person who made the reservation could not get the front desk to answer despite calling multiple times so they called me back. Very nice hotel near a theater and shopping if youre looking for something walkable and a little upscale. Pool area was bright and comfortable.
