This location is beautiful!
Let me start by saying I love Westin. I prefer Westin over anything, but this was the worst experience ever!! The only saving grace was that the front desk staff were nice especially Ashleigh...but the rest of my stay was horrible. Shower was dirty, the toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush, so they moved me to another room and it wasn't much better but at least the toilet flushed. Our stay at the Westin was wonderful. Perfect location. We had a driver from the hotel named Jay. He was fantastic. Someone in our party forget their phone in his vehicle and he brought it back to the restaurant. He also waited to pick us all up after the Teddy Swim’s concert. What a fabulous employee. We hope he is well paid. Hope to see Jay again at the Westin! Lenore and Marty Kilgore
Deontay was wonderful but the night bellhop Jay was horrible. The staff that works at7pm was unfriendly. This is an ok hotel but not a 4 star. It is not worth the price. Deontay and the clerk that works in the morning were great though
