This Westin has disappointed me. I'm an SPG Platinum member and am surprised they don't have microwaves to heat up food. I asked if they could heat it up for me at their restaurant and they said no. There is no Club level lounge for platinum members. The Hampton Inn had more amenities than this westin. I have to stay on Houston for a future trip. Not staying here. When I call their express service, it takes a long time for them to pick up. So much for express.
