Very clean rooms. Staff is helpful and very polite. Only complaint is the restaurant and pool bar hours are not long enough.
We are currently staying at this hotel and it is terrible. The bathroom was disgusting when we checked in, we called to tell them that it is dirty and they said that they couldn’t get someone here to clean it for 2 days. We later called to request additional towels and rags and they told us they couldn’t provide us more, and if we wanted them there would be a charge. A charge for more towels and rags !!!
Our go to resort in the desert. Rented a cabana at Palo verde pool.
This is our second year going here and we love it. Family friendly resort. Customer service is excellent and staff is very friendly. There are two pools that have slides for the kids. There is a quiet pool for those that want to relax. Rooms are equipped with full kitchen and fridge. Has laundry and dryer as well. Onsite restaurants and market for convenience. Also many food options that is not too far of a drive. Definitely recommend for those who have families!
