Club lounge
New, clean, great service, great room layout. Top of my list for Cleveland if I return for anything.
Check the air/heat. I arrived and room was 60 in February. Somewhere between 1-2am heater finally kicked on and sounded like an air compressor running all night. Great view though.
Crumbs and stains on the couch, check in lady seemed stoned, outdated old decor. Neighborhood was abandoned for several blocks each way. But the Lake Eerie view was nice.
The staff is great except for the valet staff. The level of professionalism escapes them.
Great hotel, nice suites
One of the nicest – if not the nicest – hotels in the city. Worth every penny.
Great atmosphere and love the touch key cards.
Upgrade to Westin Club status and get a lake view!
