The room was spacious though you could see wear and tear. The bed was great. We had a fountain view but nobody warned us that during the summer that there are very loud events that can start at 6am and end at 10pm. Very close to lots of attractions.
I went here for an event ( Scent Soiree for BrownSugarBabe ) held in one of their event spaces. It was catered and had an open bar. The servers were very nice, all smiles as they handed out the hors d'oeuvres amd served drinks. The event space was roomy, clean and comfortable. Nice event space 🤎
Poor customer service, planning. Major event occurring in the city and the hotel is not accommodating individuals who have traveled numerous states early. Rooms availability is not the issue. There are rooms ready.Spoke to other staff. 4pm is ridiculous. "First come first serve"... so a lobby full of ppl waiting for a room. Not a good look.
