I love the white tea scented lotion, which you can buy online or at the hotels.
Plan ahead to wait for the valet service. The guys are very friendly and quickly know you by face and name. However, the process still takes a while.
The "Heavenly Bed" label is no joke. Easy to oversleep!

Great hotel. The rooms are big and nice, the beds are great. You can usually get a deal in Priceline but even if you pay full price it's worth it. Try Roast restaurant too.

The entire staff is courteous and professional. The rooms are great and the shower is fantastic...
Dave at the bar = the man. Chicken tacos are the best menu item. Corner rooms are bigger. Club lounge closes at 7pm, usually a few minutes before.
