Great food and great service!! And a nice room with a BIG balcony!!
We arrived at midnight and were warmly greeted by the night manager Muhammad who went out of his way to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable in our room. The room was great- clean, nice bedding, decent towels. Lovely stay
Terrible customer experience. Loud teenagers partying. Not worth listening to for almost $400/night.

It takes place within a wonderful wine cellar style dining room next to the hotel's main restaurant. As a titanium elite member, I have been upgraded to a suite in the past at this location. However on this visit the 30th in the past year, the owner has a new idea on honoring Westin/Marriotts program. " all upgrades to suites will be paid for" is the new direction to front counter staff, the hotel was at 19% occupancy! I had been upgraded to suites in the last year on a few occasions, however on this visit the new program as set out by the owner doesn't allow for this.
