Very disappointed. I was a patient back in 2018 and luckily, I got to a point where I no longer needed regular sessions. Eventually when I felt I needed to come in for a session, I called numerous times, left messages, etc… never got a response. So I gave up. Now, MONTHS have passed since I last reached out and I just got a call saying that they got my message and asking if I’m still in need of services. It’s so disappointing. Mia was fantastic when I met her and she helped me so much. I’m not sure what’s going on but I hope... read more

Too whom it may concern so disappointed at this point. wife was a patient 2017-2019 due to Covid shutdown all appointments were delayed. Since 2019 until current date the office has not communicated I left numerous messages and emails with no success. Not even a call from Mia which is so surprised, we are talking about people seeking professional help. We just want an explanation for this experience. I am considering calling my Senator or mayor to report this matter.

1st. The fact that they charge $75 if you are late to a tele appointment hour and don’t call to see if something is wrong with a 14 teen year old. 2nd. They are not Professional therapists they are students. 3rd. My teenager did get some benefit talking to someone but we were in the process of going somewhere else. I would give them at most 3 star but charging me a cancellation fee after changing our set time and confirming with a 14 yr old I wish I could give them 000.

I was hesitant to talk to a therapist but my therapist was very down-to-earth. It was not uncomfortable. I didn't feel judged and I felt better today than I've been feeling.
