If your looking for a chiropractor and more, this is the right place. The doc spends time with you, besides adjustments you recieve stretches, exercises, the whole 9 yards! He wants you cured and well. I'll be back.
Dr. Jim is absolutely the best! We are from Illinois visiting family for Thanksgiving and my husband was in so much low back pain that he barely made it through the flight to California with medication and a back brace. Thankfully he fit us in! Not only did he adjust my husband but also taught him key stretches and exercises that he can do to prevent another acute injury. He walked out a whole new man! This chiropractor is the real deal!
After years of chiropractic care with several different doctors, I was finally introduced to Dr. Jim Donoghue. What a difference he has made in my health and well-being! Dr. Jim takes the time to get to know his patients and the possible underlying causes of their physical challenges. I feel so relaxed after a massage from Kristen! She combines deep tissue massage with aromatherapy and some stretching. Highly recommend.
The Wellness Spa offers holistic treatments for optimal health. I have been going with a family chiropractor for years, but I began going to the Wellness Spa because it is convenient and very close to my work. Jim is caring, kind and truly welcoming. He is very knowledgeable, he provided me guidance and the treatment I needed to help me walk and reduce the sciatica pain I am dealing with.
