She helped me fix many issues after my pregnancies and introduced me to gentle lifting exercises. I see her for pelvic floor therapy, general physio, and when I have muscle tension after workouts. Hoda is very calm, explains everything clearly, and is always careful. I trust her completely, and now my whole family sees her. Highly recommend!
