A treasure of a healing community in Grand Rapids !
I have been attending some of Susanne Werblow's kundalini yoga sessions whenever I am able. I highly recommend these classes! Gentle yet having significant impact, Susanne easily attunes to each individual to be sure they are receiving what is needed for them. Each session incorporates sound therapy at the end. Never have seen this and it is incredible!
