I love doing Water areobics at the Wellness Center!
I love my gym. The staff is friendly, the weights are numerous, and the nursery staff is awesome. This is definitely worth the price. You can keep your 10$ memberships and your link alarm, I'm going to a place where the lifters are knowledgable and are willing to spot. Y'all need to come on and join already!!!
I just started working out at the Wellness Center and already feel so much better and can't wait to go back. I can really see how it can get to be addictive. I feel guilty if I miss a day. They've got all kinds of classes and I can't wait to go to the Yoga classes since no one else in West Monroe does them anymore. In addition to the Yoga classes, I also get to use the swimming pool, whirlpool, get helpful advice from the staff and a smoothie on the way out.
