Recommendedwe had a great time here while we were in town! great gym, clean facilities, friendly staff and gym users. We also appreciated the childcare services, that was our main reason for coming here in the first place. Thanks for the great time and workouts!!

I recommend that the Wellness Center cleans the pool on a regular basis. The "debris" on the bottom that is often there for over a week is unsettling to say the least.
Lots of great programs, equipment, and options. The smoothie bar makes great shakes. The staff are friendly and attentive. The gym is very clean and lots of variety of things to do.
Great people work there Amd workout there! The lunch group is by far the most swolt!
The pool is amazing and so are the H2O classes!!
I started thanks to the “gentle” push of my niece!! I have fibromyalgia, lupus, type 2 diabetes, NASH, and sadly the list goes on, but the women’s workout room is amazing!! The weight machines are easy to use and you can build at your own speed. It’s just what I need to help my body and become healthy for myself as well as my family!! Great staff and really nice people working out that know the struggle of getting healthy and staying that way!! ♥️♥️
Oh yes! Missy is always working to make The Wellness Center the best REAL GYM in the Parish.
