We enjoy our water aerobics class and our instructors are fabulous. And not only that, we get to meet friends that are great fun.

I recently began water therapy a few weeks ago. I can not tell you how wonderful it is to have balance and be gaining strength. I also want to give a shout out to Mrs. Deidre for being patient and taking the time to show me around the weight room. As someone who is determined to minimize the challenges of Multiple Sclerosis, it so awesome to have access to a facility with a kind, caring and encouraging staff. motivational teachers, but mainly child care
The Wellness Center is Awesome place to attend. They have daycare up to 12 years old. Hot tub and pool, not to mention ladies room with plenty work out equipment. The only thing I could ask for improvement is adding treadmill downstairs.
Love the facility and people. Lots of equipment and things to do. My only issue is the water fountains taste bad so bring your own drinks

I did the Body Combat and Aqua Cardio H2O yesterday. I'm a little sore, but in a good way. Great teachers make healthier people.
