Very difficult to make an appointment with this group. Made several phone calls, kept referring to online registration. I am not technology literate so had to have my daughter help. After 4 days of attempting to make an appointment I was told they did not take my insurance. I have Medicare, United healthcare and Medicaid. Surely one of these should be acceptable. Do not recommend.

Dr. Denita Hudson... After our sessions, I feel as though I've sat with my favorite blankie, next to a fire, with a cup of hot cocoa. She makes me feel SEEN. I cannot imagine where I would be right now without her; she's been an enormous support for me.

It’s extremely hard to make an appointment with these counselors, you’re advised to request an online appointment, however the counselors do not allow for online scheduling. When trying to schedule an appointment via phone, calls are not answered and messages are not returned. When emailing there is few follow up, once the follow up is received it’s incomplete, for instance requesting a copy of your insurance card for verification then receiving no response at all. Good luck scheduling!

I did 8 sessions of counseling between April and May of 2021 and was told week in and week out that my insurance was covering them and I did not have a copay. At the end of July, almost 3 months after my last session, I was left a voicemail and then sent a bill for $757 and told there was a mistake and that I needed to pay that balance.
