I lived in this place for 14 years. Recently I was told me and my family could not live there anymore. This was after a verbal disagreement over feeding birds bread on our roof top. We got a lease violation. This place has repeatedly harassed me and my family with unwanted entries and intrusive questions not pertinent to the lease. If you want to sign your tenets rights away and live under constant scrutiny, and video monitoring. I do not recommend it to anyone. Don’t live here, but Cindy was kind enough to coordinate a virtual tour and later an in person tour. Really great rates, it’s in an interesting part of town. Really like the architecture and Cindy is very helpful! She got me on the waiting list and kept me updated with new apartments. Very communicative and kind! Thanks again for all of your help!
I was disappointed at first, because I had arrived right when the ac was shut off to ready winter, but it's cooled off and I am getting used to the new apartment. the staff is very helpful and wants to see its residents happy and at home.
