We were incredibly disappointed with our overall experience. Unfortunately, the level of service and professionalism we encountered fell far short of what we expected. I had a great experience with Yoko at Wedding Factor! She asked all of the right questions to find the perfect style dress where I felt like an elevated version of me!! Yoko helped me feel comfortable and beautiful! I felt very confident in my decision to say yes to the dress thanks to her!
Plus size bride here: I accidentally missed an appointment I had at another salon, but my MOH suggested we try here as it was a Tuesday and their website said they had appointments. The Wedding Factor was my first wedding dress shopping experience and it was the best. Upon entering, Mira greeting us and escorted us back. The space is social media worthy, walking through the hall of accessories and gowns. The changing space is one big room divided with beautiful heavy curtains that made the space feel more private. I said yes to the dress at The Wedding Factor and it was all thanks to the amazing team there! The wedding factor was the first place I went to dress shop and they set the bar SO high. The experience felt intimate and private and we truly didn’t have to lift a finger.
