Had a horrendous experience here last weekend and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. You’re not allowed to browse the store’s selection so you give a description to your stylist who brings 3 at a time and if you dislike all 3, well great, you just wasted 30 minutes of your 90 minute appointment. My stylist did not understand what I wanted and we clearly didn’t have the same style. She was getting obviously frustrated with me after she brought back about 6 styles I didn’t like. Sorry? I cannot thank The Wedding Factor enough. My bridal shopping experience felt like luxury, and everyone was so helpful and kind. I left with the dress of my dreams and it was in budget. I would recommend this spot to my best friend - if you want a great wedding dress experience from start to finish, I highly recommend this spot!
It was a delightful experience at The Wedding Factor! We were greeted warmly, and we had the pleasure of meeting Stella, who made the "shopping" easy. Stella took the time to listen to my daughter's likes, dislikes, and concerns. She knew the dresses in the shop that would fit my daughter's criteria, and helped us find "the dress". I cannot recommend The Wedding Factor enough! From the moment I walked in, the whole vibe was relaxed and welcoming. My stylist Amber was an absolute GEMMMM—fun, down to earth, and honestly felt like hanging out with a friend who just happens to know everything about wedding dresses. I had the best time at The Wedding Factor because of my bridal stylist, Stella! She matched my vibe so well and I was instantly comfortable with her. I feel like I gave her very little details to work with because I didn't know what kind of dress I wanted, but Stella nailed it right away. I ended up buying the very first dress she put me in!
