Had an amazing experience at the Wedding Factor! Stella was AMAZING. So kind and friendly. I never felt pressured or rushed. My guests and I felt well taken care of the whole time. A true gem right in the heart of Old City!
Run don't walk to make your appointment with Stella at the Wedding Factor! By the end of the appointment Stella feels like your bestie. I had such a great experience at the Wedding Factor. Stella encouraged me to try multiple styles so that when I put on the one, I knew it was "the one". She is very knowledgeable about what can and can't be done in alterations and encourages you to ask any questions or concerns you may have. Stella is the ultimate hype girl, and your priorities are her priorities!

This was such a delightful experience for the bride! The owners are simple fabulous and really go above and beyond to make their clients feel special! We had been many places before this and no one matched their knowledge and personality! Would recommend them over and over again!!
They have a lot of dresses to choose from and the dresses are all beautiful. Amber was helpful and really listened to what my sister was looking for. Unfortunately after picking up her dress we realized they had it made incorrectly. There was supposed to be white material in the sheer parts of the dress however the one we receive had a tan color as the sheer material.
