Everybody is so kind! Mira did a wonderful job, especially when it came to switching gears as I learned more of the styles I liked! She was so patient and kind, and made the overall experience so much fun!!

Stella was absolutely wonderful to work with!! She was fun and friendly, and very respectful of my budget. I ended up liking two dresses almost equally, and she asked me the perfect questions to help me make my choice between the two. I couldn't be happier with the dress I chose!! I love the way this salon handles appointments. They call a few days before your appointment to ask about your tastes, and then during the appointment they pull dresses based on what you like. Stella is such a thoughtful and kind stylist, I truly felt like I had known her for years ✨She understood my vision and found the perfect dress for me and let me prance around in it for the longest time. I had the best experience at Wedding Factor! I was looking for a pretty unique dress style (inspired by historical fashion) and was so impressed that they understood my vision right away. Iris was my stylist and pulled so many perfect gowns that it was almost hard to choose. Then, she walked me through the decision process and helped me choose the perfect dress! The entire staff was so helpful and supportive as I made my decision - we had such a great time :)
