These people were beyond unprofessional during our wedding aboard a carnival cruise. The event was cheaply set up, they rushed us through all of the extra events (cake cutting, speeches and toats), never offered any of our guests cake, and also they cut our reception from an hour to only 35 minutes (we have video proof of the entire thing)

Got married 04/27/17 on Carnival Sunshine from Port Canaveral. The only problem was that I was told I could send in photos of what I wanted my cake to look like, which I did, but instead it was decorated very basic, and not even close to what I wanted. I was excited to keep the cake topper and then realized that it's just a basic Wilton topper, not specialized for the occasion. I've seen that topper in the store. The box even says Wilton. Meh. Do Not use them. Our wedding was Via Carnival Paradise from Tampa to Grand Cayman Then to Cozumel. The cruise ship staff was awesome. The Wedding Experience was misleading with details of the wedding expectations. They emailed me to finalize the details of our wedding three days before we sailed. At that point some of the Prices were incorrect and times Wrong. Worst. Wedding. Company. EVER! We were forced to use them as a condition to getting married in Juneau on the Norwegian Star Cruise Ship. We asked for special flowers a month before the wedding. I week before the wedding they had not returned a single call regarding our requests so I arranged to get the flowers myself and have them shipped to our hotel in Seattle so we could take them onboard with us. My price for the flowers, $86.00. 4 days before the wedding they finally called me and told me they had our flowers...for $865... read more
