Me and my husband got married here the people that helped with getting everything ready and doing the pictures were amazing. I am so excited to see our pictures from our big day. The preacher was amazing as well.
We just married here yesterday and our experience with The Wedding Chapel in the Glades couldn't have been better - it was absolutely perfect. Barbara made our reservations and preparations extremely easy, she is very professional and courteous and helpful. Our minister Bill was incredible. It was a small ceremony, but a romantic one with a surprise from my sister, her husband and their daughter. I was 6 months pregnant. I am glad everyone is able to rebuild after the fire.

My husband & I booked our New Years Eve wedding with Wedding Chapel in the Glades & had an amazing experience. The package we chose included 3 nights in a cabin through Mountain Shadows Resort. Unfortunately, when my then fiancé & I went to check in (the day before our wedding) we were told by Mountain Shadows Resort staff that our reservation had been cancelled. My wife and I ordered a wedding package through the wedding chapel on the glades. This package includes 3 nights in a cabin from mountain shadows resort. When we tried to check into our cabin (the day before our wedding), we were informed that our reservation would be canceled. Mountain Shadows Resort refused to accept any responsibility in this situation and refused to help fix the problem. The personnel at the chapel refused to give us a full refund after the wildfires swept the area. We, along with 10 guests were set to stay at the Westgate Resort until it burned. What a crock. Very bad business practices.
My husband & I were married here in March 2011. And we lived every second!! Can't wait to come back & visit beautiful Gatlinburg!! Everything was so beautiful!!
