Pictures are very important on such a special day. A child could have taking better pictures then the unprofessional they used. They also will not allow anyone else to take pictures. Our entire family was disappointed in the photos. I definitely would consider this before booking this place.
This is a terrible place to have a wedding. So unprofessional. And the pictures they take are horrible. Photographer clearly was not a professional photographer. Very disappointed in everything about this place. Don’t waste your money.
We had an amazing wedding at chapel in the glades this weekend! Everything was perfect and they fit us in super last min! We are happy to have picked to have our wedding here! Update: even if your package comes with printed photos you have the option to pay 20$ to download your photos, or pay 10$ to get them shipped & still takes WEEKS to receive. We were married last weekend at this chapel and everything went so smoothly. From the time we decided to use this venue to the time we were married the staff was always willing to answer our questions and explain everything in great detail so we didnt have to worry about anything the day of. The chapel is Beautiful! My wife and I were married there in June 3, 2000 and finally made it back to Gatlinburg 18 years later for a vacation. We decided to take our kids to see the chapel where it all began! Neither my wife nor I imagined the flood of memories that overtook both of us! The women working there were very sweet and not only allowed us access, but took our pictures! Thank You �!
