I can not say enough great things about Megan at The Wedding Authority. We were lucky enough to get her as the day of coordinator for my mom's later in life wedding. Megan is a ROCKSTAR! She was so on top of things and listened to all of my mom's ideas. Her knowledge and assistance with vendors that were in my moms budget...truly incredible, and we found our vendors because of Megan! I was in town for a family member's wedding and had to pick up a tuxedo shirt last minute. Coogan was so friendly and accommodating. He had a calming energy and you can tell he loves what he does. I was reviewing other reviews before writing mine and saw that he also officiates weddings. I can see how he would be a wonderful officiant, too. Thanks again for taking great care of us, Coogan!
This review is coming a little late... Our wedding was in September 2025. The wedding authority is GOLD. Wonderful all around. We had our wedding ceremony in the Lightner Museum courtyard and the reception off site. What a beautiful venue! All of our guests commented on how beautiful this place is. Megan is amazing! We had the pleasure of working with Megan as our day-of coordinator for our wedding and I cannot sing her praises enough! Her attention to detail, forethought, and level of organization blew us all away, including my other vendors! They all were impressed with the detailed schedule she prepared and the level of communication she had with them.
