I must admit after reading the reviews posted here I was skeptical to say the least. I ventured forward and can't express how satisfied I am.I received the most courteous welcome and excellent service from the time I walked in without an appointment the staff was excellent and helped me to understand how to take care of my style I will be returning and recommending others !

Please do not solicit this business. Aside from the horrific and unnecessary wait time, the manager and employees are unprofessional, ghetto, rude and violent. I ended up having to file a police report against the manager and another employee for threatening me with physical violence after I complained about the long wait time. I guess these ghetto animals thought that was the correct way to go about handling unhappy customers. No customer service at all. This "salon" is not worth the time or money and needs new management.

Worst Experience Ever!!!! The lady Tiffany did a bad see-in, and far too many gaps. She combed out curly weave that is originally suppose to stay curly and then put moose in which made it look shaggy. The price is ridiculous for the work that she did. You expect to come out paying $50.00 and leave out paying over $100.00. Brought it to the manager attention and he was professional about it. However, the stylist Tiffany went out in me because she got offended that I did not like her hair. She got in my face and start cursing ... read more
