I've been looking for a place with great cocktails, food and service since I moved here over three years ago. I finally found it at The Way Back. They have the best scallops dish I've tasted in Denver, a really appealing drink list (killer Prosecco and rosé), and genuinely friendly owners/staff who make it obvious their priority is to take care of you. Consider my mind blown. Go asap! And the bathroom sink is fun for people who are easily amused. (Me)

I woke up thinking about how amazing my dinner was last night. It was too delicious. Gorgeous space, lovely service, really excellent veggie dishes, best scallops I've ever eaten, and a roasted chicken that will rock your world.
We had the most amazing dinner last night, seriously one of the best meals I have ever had. Be sure to get the Wayback Roasted Chicken. It is unlike anything you have ever tasted-moist, flavorful, delicious, hay-roasted! Everything was impeccable from their selection of wine and whisky to appetizers, main course and dessert. Unbelievably great. Get there soon!
