just so-so – So not what it's cracked up to be. ok waxing, still some fuzz left over. I suggest cracking a cold beer from your own fridge before you head off to a superior waxer.......
Best Brazilian and Brow waxing in Seattle, love, love the staff and interior – The Wax Bar is in a word spectacular. The vibe is a cool all white interior with aqua touches and the people are super nice. My new brazilian wax was the best by far and my brows look terrific. Going into the Wax Bar is always a great experience and I am recommending it to all of my friends.
don't wax here! – Now let me start by saying I know that no one has perfectly symmetrical eyebrows. That said, I now have two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT eyebrows!!! I tried this new place near my house against my better judgement and am so upset I cheated on my regular waxer. I don't know if my brows are ever going to grow back enough to fix them! Please don't go to this place for brows...
What a pleasant experience! – I was nervous to get a brazilian wax after a super painful experience several years back, but I sucked it up and scheduled an appointment with Karen after reading these glowing reviews and I am SOOO glad I did. I couldnt believe how much less painful and how quick the experience was compared to my previous one. I am so happy to have someone to go to that makes this uncomfortable experience much easier to bear!
best waxing place ever! – The WAX Bar if fabulous! The people at the WAX Bar was great, made you feel at home, and the facilities is so clean and modern. I loved the decor. The best way to describe the WAX bar is that you are in Ballard, walk through the doors and you enter New York City/LA. I missed that living in Seattle - what a relief to find a great Waxing place!!!
The most amazing place in the entire world – I practically cried with happiness when I read about this place- and it is even better than I expected! Best Overall Experience – The Wax Bar is Great!!!!!! I actually go to a salon that claims to have the best brow waxer in Seattle to get my hair done. I just don't know how that is possible because Karen is the best brow waxer in Seattle. She is also the best Bikini Beautician that I have been to. As everyone knows that is not the most comfortable thing on the Wax menu but Karen's wonderful personality and the relaxing atmosphere at the Wax Bar make it a much more pleasant experience. Waxing poetic... – Can you rave about something as possibly unpleasant as a bikini wax? Yes! Karen continues to keep "things" tidy and now in a chic, relaxing environment. I love the vibe, I love the frequent waxer cards, I love the "maintenance" concept, and I LOVE the parking situation. Who knew waxing could be so much fun??
Best Place in Seattle to get waxed! – Go to the Wax Bar!! The Spa is beautiful, Karen is a pro and the best in the business!!!!! She is quick and meticulous - very important! I have been waxing for years but haven't found somewhere I like. After hearing about it from a friend I knew I had to try it - and I am glad I did!
