I scheduled an apartment tour with them over the phone last week for today. I arranged my schedule and traveled all the way here, only to be told at the very last minute that the unit had already been rented out. They didn't even bother to notify me in advance. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for potential tenants.

Victoria is an excellent community manager, she does such a great job and takes really good care of the property. Her dedication to the community is outstanding and makes living at the Waverly a better experience. It is also a peaceful place to live, the neighbors are quiet and considerate and have overall good vibes

I just want to compliment on how well the place is kept up. There has been so much work done to keep the place nice in the last year and really appreciate it. The property manager has been awesome.

If you’re looking for a place to live where the hallways smell bad, where neighbors with dogs leave their droppings in front of your unit, a place that has a pool, gym, and laundry facilities but keeps them closed for maintenance, where the laundry room is filled with outdated machines, and where everything, including the apartment interiors, is generally old—then come on over to The Waverly at Campbell.
