Great place to live I must say let me know the waters has been different from other places I have lived at least here when you have a maintenance issue the manager I believe her name is Mary get everything taken care of quickly and conveniently and then its like you no crime issues here the neighbors are nice the properties kept up I don't have loud cars booming it's a really nice place to live. I also love how clean they keep the pool
Nice place I moved here in June so my daughter could go to Flour Bluff schools. I was really surprised and happy with the changes, I like the pool furniture, the work-out room, the new flooring and the updated look of my apartment. I haven't had the experiences the previous person wrote about ....I don't have any roaches, the manager Mary has been in my apartment to help the maintenance man Joe, they both are really nice. Okay place.. These apartments are good only if your hardly home , pretty much somewhere to go to sleep. Management (Mary) is ok , friendly lady but lazy to do stuff. Since I moved in I had to fill out a paper what needed to be done and what was there already like damage and what not . It's been more than half a year now and nothing done in apt still.
