My stay at the WaterMark was simply unforgettable, and I can't wait to return. The views from my room were breathtaking, offering a perfect start and end to each day. The hotel's restaurants were also a major highlight; I also wanted to give a huge shout-out to Ismael at the helpdesk. He was an absolute lifesaver when I ran into a minor issue.Thank you, Ismael, for your outstanding help!
This hotel is gorgeous. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was wonderful. The rooftop area had plenty of activities and was spectacular.
For the price paid, the hotel could have been more comfortable. Beds were not very comfortable and were stiff, so I could not get a very good nights rest. Staff was okay, not particularly friendly nor rude. The only part that stood out was the fitness center and restaurant (the Wren) which can be dined at without being a guest. But the beds definitely need to be made more comfortable.
BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! From the cleanliness, the service, the location - THIS is where you should stay! Definitely keeping this place in mind when I travel through Northern Va!
