If you’re seeing a show at the capital one center then this is the place to stay. Using their app, you can check in and get your digital key before you arrive. You never have to visit the desk. The mattress topper was lumpy and the pillows way too soft. The shower water pressure was fair but not strong. The air conditioner made a loud noise whenever it was on. This hotel is a solid 8.5/10. The amenities are amazing, I booked a junior suite it was very spacious very clean. They offer free breakfast, I mean I could literally go on and on. I was torn between this hotel and the archer hotel right across the street and while I’m sure the archer hotel is still very beautiful I have no regrets in my decision on booking the watermark. Best Hotel i have stayed in, in along time. The Perch is very nice you dont even have to leave the hotel. The bars and restaurants on the Perch are reasonably priced. And the drinks we're strong most bar tenders have a heavy hand. Highly recommend and will return again for another weekend getaway. Definitely set the bar high for any hotel I go to going forward. P.S. The Naisho Room was neat and a lovely experience for a date. (Get the stuffed peppers) lol. Love this hotel.
I stayed for two nights at the Watermark Hotel in Tysons Corner. From modern rooms to a wonderful breakfast buffet, we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Special thanks to Mr Ugur at the reception desk, who was very hospitable and helped us with a smooth check-in. My favorite part was the Perch on the 11th floor, where we enjoyed games, swings, food trucks, and a rooftop golf area. They also have a Wegmans store right next to the hotel entrance.
