Took a chance on Hilton, normally at the Hyatt. Check in- great Room- totally solid Housekeeping- does good work. Hot tub- hot and bubbly Where it falls apart is I was here for a 2 day work conference so barely in the room or hot tub. Lots of time in the conference room which on day 1 was sweltering, at no point with multiple complaints did anyone ever take action to address the lack of air conditioning. You can imagine the beautiful ocean views from the room balcony, the rooftop bar or the swimming pool. Service is amazing from everyone. Not to thrilled with valet parking being the only option. I like to know where my car is parked in case I need anything from it. The only negative of my stay was the mattress. It did not live up to the Hilton standard and the reason for a four star review. Everything was good , until I seen my truck got damaged with a few deep scratches on driver door , called multiple times and left messages to try to resolve this matter . They didn’t even have the decency to return my call . After spending $1700 in this place you would think at least they be courteous enough to return my call. Valet parking very unprofessional. Now I am stuck paying for my brand new Chevy truck $600 in paint damage. It took a while but they did return my call and paid for damages . Thank you .

I recently stayed at the Hilton Waterfront Resort and had very mixed feelings about my experience. The property itself is beautiful and the location is excellent, it’s truly one of the biggest highlights of the stay. The resort has a great atmosphere and is in a perfect spot, which is why it was especially disappointing that the service did not match the quality of the property.
