Lisa Abbott is awesome & so was the massage. All the staff are very helpful.
The Waterford Wellness Spa has exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly supportive in assisting my holiday gift card and went out of their way to make sure my recipient is completely satisfied. The boutique is beautiful, service exceptional, and being the first since 1994 speaks volumes. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who wants nothing but the best. They are awesome!!!

I recently had an exceptionally wonderful facial by Carissa at the Waterford Wellness Spa! It was absolutely fabulous! If you need to relax and be pampered, go to the Waterford.

I got a massage from Sylena and was blown away! She was so nice and managed to work out my tension and knots without leaving me in pain in only 30 minutes. The ambiance was perfect and calming and I cannot wait for my next appointment and to try other services.
I loved that place. But it's been yours since I have been there. It's time for me to go back.
