I have been a Waterford client for probably a decade and have never been disappointed with these ladies. Now more than ever, in the middle of a pandemic, I am super proud that this establishment is in my hometown. They were already top-notch with cleanliness and sanitation, but they have required masks before the state even mandated them, and they go above and beyond to make sure their staff and clients are safe. Yesterday I had an eyebrow microblading appointment with Michelle and I am in love with the results! Michelle was very sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. She addressed all the questions I had and hesitations concerning the treatment (prior to our session). I felt confident going into the procedure and even more as I left! I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for amazing brows!
I went to Michelle to get my first wax! I was nervous at first but she talked to through it all! I loved her and how professional she was! I will 100% be going back to Michelle!
