We are thrilled with The Water Store OS. Our first purchase was a hot tub about 5 years ago. Their team was so helpful..answered all questions as we had never owned one before. Our hot tub is still as amazing as the day it was installed! Recently we purchased a new hot water tank and softener from them. It’s been so great! This is one of the best companies in Owen Sound. Their staff goes above and beyond. I find their customer service the best in the area. They have come to my home, always pleasant and take time to explain what (if anything) needs to be fixed or just adjusted. They leave nothing behind when they complete the job, including taking empty salt bags. They know water, they know their stuff! Highly recommended!
My hot tub was delivered today! The entire experience with The Water Store has been outstanding from start to finish. I would highly recommend them!
Jacob was very professional and helpful. The filtration system has worked perfectly for almost a year now and he even gave us a courtesy call that our UV light was going to need to be replaced soon. I would definitely recommend.
