Use ANYBODY Else but The Water Heater Man The Water Heater Man completely ripped me off. I paid $225 for a maintenance cleaning that took less than 30 minutes and they were unable to complete their work. However, I was assured that everything would be in working order. It was not. Once I realized their mistake, I phoned them immediately, only to get attitude and denials on their end of how they did not shut my water off to do the cleaning and other nonsense that turned out not to be true. Fantastic Service Upon discovering the "leak" in our garage (early morning) was coming from our Hot Water Heater and not our Water Softener/Conditioner system - we contacted The Water Heater Man, whom we had done business with in the past. Kelly arrived later during the day and immediately went to work on replacing our hot water tank, after making sure it could not be repaired. Warranty repair by Valentino Yesterday found my garage floor wet from my water heater leaking. After calling the manufacture i learned it was still under warranty. Called a couple other plumbers authorized to complete warraty repair but Rose Mary explained exactly what needed to happen for me to have the warranty work complete. She answered all my concerns over the phone and sent Valentino out within 5 hours with a new water heater. Valentino is an expert of his trade. USE this company We lost our water heater last night all over the garage floor, UGH!! Based on the dexknows rating we called two companies around 9am this morning. One promised a free estimate between noon and 2pm. The Water Heater Man gave us a cost estimate and time of arrival of approximately 11am over the phone. A Company you can trust! We had a poor installation on our first Noritz Tankless and it was leaking and ruined the unit after only 2 years (Service Max). Called The Water Heater Man for repairs. Randy and Valentino assessed the situation, contacted Noritz and had a new unit installation done, inspected, and had us up and running again quickly.
