This is hard to write because I really like the owner of Water Heater Guyz, Ty, but we had a rather difficult and expensive experience with him. I think I always leave positive reviews and gave Ty ample opportunity to correct his errors. I even suggested he sleep on it so he/we could come to a reasonable solution. I originally contracted with him to replace a failing tank-less water heater. He was quick, on-time and provided us with a reasonable quote.
