Ty installed a hot water heater for me three years ago. Unfortunately that unit failed this week, but he didn’t hesitate to stand behind his warranty and he came back out and took care of everything. He installed a brand new Rheem unit, helped order the replacement parts that were needed, and made sure we had hot water again as quickly as possible. Ty is professional, communicative, and truly stands behind his work. I highly recommend him. Thank you for all your help!

When my hot water heater died I called Tai at The Water Heater Guys on a Saturday. It was a holiday weekend and I wasn’t expecting him to come out until Tuesday at the earliest. Tai came out the very next day on a Sunday and replaced my hot water heater that I supplied. He didn’t charge anything extra for coming out on a Sunday, and the install price was very reasonable.
