Their rep. visited my home, explained my options & the 2 softeners he felt would fit our needs. We scheduled an installation date & time. Their installer arrived as promised, placed my salt tank in the garage (what a blessing to not have to haul salt to the basement any longer) and ran a tube to the resin tank in the basement. The installation went very smoothly, the meter was set & the old unit hauled away. I am very pleased how smoothly this went & would highly recommend their services.
